Change of Program | The program can be changed by justified reasons. Promotions are not accumulatable. Changing the name of the attendee's register is allowed till the day before the Congress. Due to administrative expenses, cancellations made till 20 days before the Congress will have a foul of 50% of the Registration Value; after that date the foul will be of 100% of the registration value.
